Nice communication! October 20 The 53rd Nishi Ward Senior Club Federation Athletic Meet

　The 53rd Nishi Ward Senior Club Federation Athletic Meet was held in Tobe Koen for the first time in four years. The day was blessed with fine weather with the autumn sky spreading, and about 200 members participated.
　The last preparatory exercises for the opening ceremony is Korobanyo Gymnastics, a local gymnastics in Nishi Ward. This exercise is recommended not only for healthy people, but also for those who have restrictions on activities due to physical weakness or forgetfulness.
　After that, six competitions were held in between lunch, such as balling, bread eating competition, and grand golf. I was amazed at the very cheerful appearance of the members and had a good time with you.
　In addition, officers and secretariats were preparing a lot of preparations early in the morning, such as ground maintenance. Behind the active activities of the senior club, I felt once again that the efforts of the senior club. Thank you very much.
