　On Tuesday, March 5, a ceremony was held in Nishi Ward Office to complete the training course for improving dietary habits. This course is a training course for "Health Mate", a volunteer who promotes health related to food in the community, and has attended a wide range of lectures from September to March on a total of eight times, including eating habits, exercise, and oral health. It is what you have.
　On the day, there was a presentation for each group about the cooking training that was first conducted in February. Each group had a variety of ideas such as "rich vegetables" and "more protein" on the menu, and it was a presentation that made full use of the learning in this course. After the presentation, a certificate of completion was given to the students. Your radiant expression was very impressive.
