It's fun! June 14 Tree-planting ceremony commemorating the 60th anniversary of the Nishi Ward Senior Club Federation

　On Wednesday, June 14, a tree-planting ceremony commemorating the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Nishi Ward Senior Club was held in Tobe Koen.
In commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the Nishi Ward Senior Club Federation, we decided to plant trees in Tobe Koen thanks to the efforts of our members. The tree planted is Mokusei, a Nishi Ward tree. Mokusei, which has a refreshing, pale and subtle fragrance, seems to be expected to have a relaxing effect. Also, the flowers bloom in autumn from September to October. I'm looking forward to seeing the flowers bloom this fall.
　The Nishi Ward Senior Club Federation is engaged in sports events such as athletic meet and grand golf tournament, as well as cultural projects such as exhibitions and karaoke competitions, and so on. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the efforts of the presidents and other officers and members who have continued these activities for a long time.
　We will continue to support the activities of the Nishi Ward Senior Club Federation to monitor the growth of this tree and to make it an attractive area where the elderly can live alive.
