City Road Nagatsuta No. 296 is a major living road connecting Nagatsuta Elementary School to National Route 246 from Nagatsuta Station South Exit Entrance Intersection to National Route 246. Of these, about 110m of the sections that have been requested for a long time, the northern sidewalk will be widened to ensure pedestrian safety.

Improvement effect	◆Improvement of pedestrian safety This line is a school road for Yokohama City Nagatsuda Elementary School, but at present, only a 1m wide sidewalk is installed on the north side. Therefore, during commuting and school hours, elementary school studenｔ heading to school and people heading to the station intersect, protrude from the sidewalk and pass. Therefore, by widening the current north sidewalk, we will secure a walking space and improve pedestrian safety.
