The city planning road Sakuragi Higashitotsuka Line is an arterial road from 1-chome, Sakuragicho, Naka-ku to Naze-cho, Totsuka-ku.
Of these, the Hirato district is a section of about 670m in length from Hirado 5-chome, Totsuka-ku to Hirado-cho, Totsuka-ku, and has been operating since 1989.

It is expected that the city area will be integrated by connecting the Higashi Totsuka Station area and the suburbs from the Minato Mirai 21 district of the seaside area. The arterial road network in Yokohama has been remarkably strengthened, and traffic congestion in Yokohama City is expected.
On the living road of the Hirato district, the passing traffic that had flowed in from National Route 1 and Loop 2 will be converted to the Sakuragi Higashitotsuka Line, improving traffic smoothness and pedestrian safety. |
