The city planning road Yokohama Fujisawa Line is a city planning road with a length of 7.3 km, starting from Loop Route 2 in Konan-ku, Yokohama City, crossing Route 3, Yokohama Loop South Line, and Loop Route 4, and reaching the Kamakura City border.
The Kaminagaya area is a 920-meter section from the Amaya Ohashi intersection in Konan Ward to the Kaminagaya Reservoir at the Water Works Bureau facility.
Of these, the "Himawari Pedestrian Bridge", which had been undergoing maintenance since 2007, has been provisionally in service since July 1, 2009. This service has enabled the Noba and Higiriyama districts to be connected by barrier-free sidewalks to improve the convenience and safety of transportation between districts.
