The city planning road Hazawa Ikebe Line is a city planning road with a length of about 5,050m, starting from Hazawa Minami 2-chome, Kanagawa-ku, and ending at Ikebe-cho, Tsuzuki-ku. Of these, the Hazawa and Sugeta districts have been in operation since March 1993.
