The Fudozaka intersection is a four-branch intersection where the starting and ending points of the "General National Highway No. 1" called the Tokaido, the "Tozuka Branch Line (General National Highway No. 1)" crossing the direction of Yokohama Shindo, and the "Prefectural Road Seya Kashiwao" intersect and connect with irregularities. It is an intersection.
General National Highway No. 1, which passes through the Fudozaka intersection, is an arterial road connecting the center of Yokohama and Tozuka / Shonan, and the intersection has irregular shape, causing chronic traffic congestion.
Therefore, we have been promoting an intersection improvement project since 1997 with the aim of eliminating and alleviating traffic congestion.
