In recent years, the development of the entire Ring Route 3 has progressed, and the front and rear sections have four lanes, but the Hinominami and Koyamadai districts, which are in service with two lanes, have become bottlenecks that hinder traffic flow, causing traffic congestion. Was. To this end, we are promoting a four-lane business with the aim of facilitating traffic flow.
