1. To create more than 1.2 million jobs, mainly in areas where social infrastructure is urgently needed, such as education, medical care, nursing care, and the environment, and strengthen support for capacity development and reemployment, and reduce unemployment.
2 To improve the environment, such as support for employment stability and creation efforts in the region.
3 Establish a law that prohibits dismissal without reasonable reasons, regulates reorganization and dismissal, and prohibits discrimination of part-time workers.

Proposal No. 19Submission of a written opinion on minimum wage revisionIn revising the Kanagawa Prefecture Minimum Wage in FY2002, we request that special consideration be given to the following points and that the system be further enhanced.
1. Conduct an early consultation on the revision of the Kanagawa Prefecture Minimum Wage at an early stage and make revisions to the new wages of general workers In addition, similar measures shall be taken for the revision of the minimum wage by industry.
2. The regional minimum wage in Kanagawa Prefecture shall be revised in hourly amount, raised and the hourly amount display should be unified.
3 In revising the minimum wage, respect the independence of the Local Minimum Wage Examination Committee, and make sure that the purpose and contents are thoroughly communicated in order to eliminate workers below the minimum wage in Kanagawa Prefecture.
