(3)Ensure sufficient education budgets.

(5)In carrying out the Yokohama City Children with Disabilities Education Plan, sufficient conditions must be maintained in terms of personnel, facilities, and equipment.
(6)Install air conditioners in classrooms of municipal high schools, blind and deaf schools as soon as possible.
