(2)To further enhance the scholarship system and tuition reduction and exemption system.
(3)Adequate education budget.
(4)Institutionalize early educational consultation for schools for the blind and deaf schools, and provide necessary staffing and budget dividends.
(5)In carrying out the Yokohama City Education Plan for Children with Disabilities, sufficient conditions should be maintained in terms of personnel, facilities, and facilities.
(6)Install air conditioners in classrooms of municipal high schools, blind, and deaf schools.
