Alert regarding "Japan Medical Center Co., Ltd." (Consumer Affairs Agency HP) (PDF: 7,088KB)
(Summary of alert)
○The Japan Medical Center will provide consumers with an envelope containing pamphlets describing the details of the company's business such as medical business management consulting, and a set of corporate bond contracts issued by the company (hereinafter referred to as "solicitation materials"). I will send it. Before and after a consumer receives an envelope from the Japan Medical Center, a phone call was sent to the consumer's home from a business different from the Japan Medical Center and said, "I want you to give me the envelope." "Only the person with the envelope address has the right to invest in the Japan Medical Center, so I want you to lend your name."
○After that, a consumer who did not refuse to borrow the name for the purchase of corporate bonds called the Nippon Medical Center, and you lent the name. This will be an insider trading. In this case, you will be able to file a criminal trial." He says, "Because it is a 20 million yen investment, if you do not pay half of 10 million yen, you will be a criminal trial."
○The Japan Medical Center lists the location of the company in the solicitation materials sent to consumers, but the company does not exist at that location and there is no registration in the commercial register.
○Based on the above, it is strongly suspected that the Japan Medical Center does not have any business entity. Please do not respond if you receive a solicitation material from the Japan Medical Center or if you receive a question or request by phone from a company different from the Japan Medical Center, please do not respond.
○"I want you to give up the right to buy corporate bonds." Requests such as "I want you to lend only your name" are scams. Never respond to such a request from a business operator.
○I responded to such a request, and later, "It will be an insider trading." If you are asked to pay money after being told, "It will be a criminal trial," never pay. Consult the Consumer Affairs Center or the police before you pay.
○If you have any doubts about such soliciting calls, consult the Consumer Affairs Center or the police.
