Since 2007, at least 32 (including 12 deaths) have occurred in the mechanical multi-story parking lot since 2007, and some of them have painful accidents involving the death of children.
In addition, many accidents have occurred when users operate the parking equipment themselves, such as accidents in apartment parking lots account for more than half of the total.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Consumer Affairs Agency have compiled the "Check Sheet for Administrators" that the Residential Association and users in parking lots such as condominiums, should check out.
