　"I don't think customers will be asked to do it in a basic, old-fashioned traditional construction method, waist style." He has been participating in the Skill Grand Prix, where hand-processing skills are tested, since 2017, and has been exhibiting at national fittings exhibitions that require a long production period since 2005. We actively incorporate the traditional techniques of fittings, ants that prevent warpage of boards, grooves with sucking piers, and waist-shaped (kata) mouths that increase strength with aesthetics. After graduating from university, he worked as a salaried worker, and in 1990 he joined "Noguchi fittings shop" run by his father. While working, he refines his skills at the Tokyo Fixture Higher Vocational Training School. At the age of 41, he took over his father and became Representative Director.
