I want it to be a work that will be loved and cherished by the world in 100 years.

"When I paint on ceramics, I hope that it will be a work that will be loved and valued by the world as an antique 100 years later," says Oki.

Oki says, `` I want to convey the beauty of hand-drawn and the beauty of the finish so that it will make you feel a lively expression, dynamism, and life even in the momentum drawn with a 'one brush'. When drawing a pet, we pay attention to the brilliance of the eyes staring at the owner and the texture of the wet nose, and aim to create a work that makes you feel warmth and breath.

While making the most of the techniques left by the ancestors, he actively adopts modern techniques, and draws love for animals in one stroke.

For the general public to those who are aiming to be painting instructors, in addition to training at home salons, we also conduct online classes using SNS and WEB conference services, and we are working hard to foster younger generations.

Meister's skill

The work of a big tree Shinbu Meister

In addition to working on a wide range of works from Japanese to Western, using traditional techniques of ceramics painting, as a pioneer in ceramic painting for pet portraits, we also present and produce works that are close to the owner's thoughts using a uniquely established drawing method. .

The technique of oil-soluble hand-painted painting is very difficult to put paint on the background in one time, and it is a unique way of drawing ceramics that is packed with all the skills of craftsmen inherited from generation to generation.

In addition, we use blur brushes and gold stain brushes used for dyeing, etc., to express unique fur and textures, and to effectively use Kutani and Arida paints for Western paintings.
