Osawa says, "I want to respond to people who rely on me," he has been working on his job based on the belief that "sincerity is a treasure of life."
"Even if the furniture is shaped, it cannot be completed without painting. If you don't paint it, you will not be able to hand it over to the customer. There's a reward for this job. I've painted a lot of furniture so far, but there aren't many jobs that I can really satisfy myself. My technology is still unfinished. The more completeness of one's technology, the greater satisfaction. That's why I want to continue this work in order to increase the degree of perfection," says Osawa.
He has been a lecturer at the Kanagawa Prefectural Construction General Labor Union Vocational Training School and the Wood Crafts Department of the Kanagawa Prefectural Western General College of Vocational Technology, and has been teaching, saying, "I want you to remember not only technology but also your attitude when you work." Meister's skill
Utilizing the grain of wood, the skills to create a deep color tone that grasps the characteristics of the base are outstanding, and the paint is painted that brings out the goodness of the material wood.

After graduating from high school, he joined Mitsukoshi, Ltd. Manufacturing, a furniture factory directly managed by Mitsukoshi, and learned woodworking painting techniques.
In addition to woodworking painting, he is also involved in sales and quality control work.
After retirement, he opened Osawa Crafts in Yokohama City to further enhance his skills.
He works on furniture such as the court of the Supreme Court, the Imperial Household Agency Matsuma and the Akasaka State Guest House Asahi.
