"I've been aiming for an all-round player rather than being good at something," says Nitta, "I'm always learning new skills and knowledge without spare time, watching TV and magazines about the latest style. In particular, the sliding cut (a technique of sliding the hair bundle using only one side of the scissors), which is performed using custom-made scissors, has enriched the expressiveness of the hair and has created many designs.

In addition, in the upstyle, we have created a style that gives a natural sense of volume while incorporating the technology of hiding and increasing.

He leaves a private company he worked for after graduating from high school and goes to a beauty school in order to go to a longing hairdresser.

After that, he worked at a beauty salon in Yokohama and refined his skills as a hairdresser.

He became independent at the age of 30 and established Kaori Co., Ltd.

Currently, he runs a store as chairman of the company.
