I want to make Yokohama's specialty dishes in cooperation with producers.
Yamashita says, "In recent years, the number of ingredients in Yokohama have been very good, so we would like to work with producers to spread Japanese cuisine that makes you feel Yokohama in cooperation with producers," says Yamashita.
Mr. Yamashita, who thinks, "The most important thing in cooking is whether customers will be happy and happy," always imagines the face of the person who eats food and is satisfied with cooking ingredients. I cook while being conscious of whether you can do it.
In addition to demonstrations of cooking using Yokohama vegetables at exchange meetings between producers and restaurants in Yokohama, Yokohama Gastronomy Council, promotion of local production for local consumption and food education activities at elementary and junior high schools as the Yokohama Gastronomi Council, we actively engage in activities to convey the culture of Yokohama.
