The "homework" from the customer will inspire me
"When I got a job, a customer asked me to wash it carefully because it's a commemorative tie, so please wash it carefully. " I try not to forget that feeling," and "I want to respond exactly to customer requests. When you take risks, you will come up with a lot of wisdom. The homework from our customers always inspire me and grow me," says Numano, who always works hard on research to keep my high skills and knowledge.
He has been a lecturer at the technical workshop of the Kanagawa Prefectural Cleaning Health and Hygiene Association and the Kanagawa Cleaning Technology Study Group, and is actively working on teaching and training for younger generations.
In addition, we conduct iron finishing training at local elementary schools.
Meister's skill
I have been conducting research on finishing and washing suitable for a wide variety of fabrics developed with the times.
With the knowledge obtained from research and the reliable technology inherited from my father, not only dry cleaning, but also combining washing with water according to dirt, and hand finishing as carefully as possible without relying on machines as much as possible.
In particular, with regard to stain removal, we determine the condition of the material and stains, select chemicals, adjust the amount, and make our own efforts to prevent damage to the material.

Born and raised in Yokohama.
After graduating from high school, he worked at a laundry shop in his parents' home.
Participate in the Kanagawa Cleaning Technology Study Group and the technical workshop of the Kanagawa Prefectural Cleaning Health and Hygiene Industry Association, study the technology, and succeed the store.
