We are recruiting staff for the fiscal year to work in General Affairs Bureau [monthly job] (employee health staff).

2 Recruitment requirements
(1) Being qualified as a public health nurse or nurse
(2) Basic operation of personal computer (excellent word input, terminal operation, etc.), telephone response
3 Major Business Activities
(1) Duties related to physical checkup by city officials (assistance of interviews conducted by doctors to those who are eligible for post-examination medical examinations, confirmation of the situation by telephone or written to those who are eligible for post-examination, health guidance, etc.)
(2) Duties related to stress check of city staff (assistance of interview by doctor to carry out interview applicant (high-stress person), situation confirmation by telephone to interview target person, health guidance)
(3) Duties related to overwork of city officials (assistance of interviews by doctors to be interviewed, confirmation of the situation by telephone or written to overworkers, health guidance, etc.)
(4) Health consultation window duties of the city staff
(5) Conduct health consultations and health lectures on business trips
(6) Statistical processing (including judgment and distribution work based on medical knowledge)
(7) Other matters related to occupational safety and hygiene management of city staff
※There is office work related to assisting doctors in interviews and confirming the situation in writing.
※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
4. Appointment Period
From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025
•Due to the application of the Local Public Service Act, it will be subject to conditional use, and if the number of working days per month after use does not meet 15 days, the conditional recruitment period may be extended.
•If there are no special circumstances such as the nature of the job and the work performance is good, you may be re-employed up to four times in a row, regardless of open call for participants.
5 Working hours and working days
(1) Working hours
8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 1 hour break time)
(2) Working days
April 1, 2016 - March 31, 2017: 4 days a week

Days that do not require work on weekdays, Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays December 29 to January 3
If certain requirements are met, annual leave will be granted.
7 Work location

26th floor of 10 City Hall at 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City
8 Compensation, etc.
(1) Monthly: 179,500 yen (planned)
(2) Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately. If certain requirements are met, term-end allowance and diligence allowance payment
(3) Participation in employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance if certain social insurance requirements are met.

13 Others
This case is subject to suspension of Yokohama City's fiscal 2024 budget being voted on in Yokohama City Council. If a vote is not made, it may not be accepted even if it passes the selection.
