2 Recruitment requirements

(1) Having any of the qualifications of a to c, or fall under d
 Oh, mental health worker
 (A) Social Worker
 C. Certified Psychologist
 Oh, person who has work experience in welfare field such as consultation for more than 5 years in consultation organization, facility, etc.
(2) Basic computer operation (excel Word input, terminal operation, etc.) and telephone response

3 Major Business Activities

(1) Mental health consultation services (administrative processing assistance, etc.) on mental health of city staff
(2) Duties related to stress checks of city officials (such as attendance and assistance to interviews by doctors to be carried out for interview applicants (high-stressed persons), status confirmation by telephone to interviewees, etc.)
(3) Consultation and support services for returning to work to employees on leave due to mental illness
(4) Advice and guidance on line-based care for responsible positions
(5) Work related to mental health training
(6) Other duties related to mental health of city officials

4 Appointment Period

April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2006
•Due to the application of the Local Public Service Law, recruitment will be performed conditional recruitment, and if the number of working days in one month after recruitment does not meet 15 days, the conditional recruitment period may be extended.
•If there are no special circumstances such as the nature of the job and the work performance is good, the employee may be re-appointed up to four consecutive times regardless of the open call for participants.

5 Working hours and working days

(1) Working hours
8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 1 hour break time)
(2) Working days
April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2006: 4 days a week
※Weekdays are fixed. Please consult with us about the day of the week. 

6 Holidays, etc.

Days that do not require weekday work, Saturday, Sunday, national holidays December 29 to January 3
Annual leave, etc. will be granted if certain requirements are met.

8 Remuneration, etc.

(1) Monthly: 233,400 yen (planned)
(2) Term-end allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.
(3) Social insurance: Subscribers to employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance if certain requirements are met.

  Schedule: Scheduled for Wednesday, March 1, 2023, Thursday, 2nd or Friday, 3rd
  Venue: City Hall Conference Room

  Successful applicants will be determined based on the comprehensive judgment of A and B.

 Oh, fiscal year appointment staff application form (word: 22KB) and application form attachment (PDF: 288KB) (within 800 characters of composition manuscript paper)

  C. A copy of the registration certificate if any of the above (c) of “2 Recruitment requirements” (1) applies.
  D) If it falls under d of “2 Recruitment requirements” (1), employment certificate
  (It does not matter the style, but please submit a certificate that shows that you have at least 5 years of consultation work experience at a consulting organization or facility.)

11 Selection Results

Notifications will be sent by Friday, March 10, 2023. (planned)

12 physical checkup at the time of employment

From Monday, March 13, Reiwa 5 to Thursday, 16th, please have a medical examination at the date and time specified in the Staff Health Section.
