 B. Social worker
 C. Certified psychologist
 D. Persons who have worked in the field of welfare, such as consultation at consulting institutions, facilities, etc. for more than 5 years
(2) Basic operation of personal computer (excellent word input, terminal operation, etc.), telephone response

3 Major Business Activities

(1) Mental health consultation services related to mental health of city staff (such as paperwork assistance)
(2) Duties related to stress checks of city staff (attendance and assistance to interviews conducted by doctors to interview applicants (high-stressed persons), confirmation of the situation by telephone to interviewees, etc.)
(3) Consultation and support services for employees on leave due to mental illness
(4) Advice and guidance on line-based care for responsible employees in the workplace
(5) Business related to mental health training
(6) Other services related to mental health of city officials

4. Appointment Period

From April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016
•Due to the application of the Local Public Service Act, the recruitment will be conditionally adopted, and if the number of working days for one month after recruitment does not meet 15 days, the conditional recruitment period may be extended.
•If there are no special circumstances such as the nature of the job and the work performance is good, you may be re-appointed up to four times in a row, regardless of open call for participants.

8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 1 hour break time)

From April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016: 4 days a week

6 Holidays, etc.

Days that do not require work on weekdays, Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays December 29 to January 3
If certain requirements are met, annual leave will be granted.

8 Compensation, etc.

(1) Monthly: 233,400 yen (planned)
(2) Term-end allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately.
(3) Social insurance: Join employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance if certain requirements are met.

11 Results of Selection

12 At the time of hire physical checkup

From Monday, March 13, Reiwa 5 to Thursday, 16th, please have a medical examination at the date and time designated by the staff health section.
