General Affairs Bureau Fiscal Year Appointed Staff (Central Document Collection Office)
We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff to work in General Affairs Bureau.
1. Job description
Document collection and distribution
(1) Acceptance, delivery, and sorting of documents sent to the city hall
(2) Sending, receiving and processing mail (Basic operations such as personal computers using Excel, etc.)
(3) Loading assistance work to document transport vehicles (handling containers and parcels of about 10 kilograms, loading and transporting them to trolleys, etc.)
(4) Telephone correspondence, window correspondence (mainly correspondence to Motoichi staff)
(5) Administrative assistance related to other documents
(6) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
※The work of assisting loading in the document transport vehicle and sorting of documents is mainly performed by standing.
2 Application requirements
(1) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2023
(2) Basic operation of personal computer (operation such as Excel, Word, e-mail, input, etc.), window / telephone service

4 Working conditions and compensation
(1) Appointment period
From August 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
※If the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed up to four times in a row, regardless of public offering.
(2) Working days
From Monday to Friday (excluding holidays, New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year) and designated holidays (16 days a year))
(3) Working hours
Specify the time of a or b every month (set one hour break during working hours) 。
Oh, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
B. From 9:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
(4) Work location
Yokohama City Hall Document Central Collection and Distribution Office (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
(5) Salary
¥174,400 per month (planned)
※The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
Based on Motoichi standards, term-end allowances and commuting expenses (actual expenses equivalent (limit: 55,000 yen per month)) will be paid separately.
(6) Vacation
Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
(7) Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

6 Selection Method
(1) Primary selection
Selection method: Document selection (application form and entry sheet (submitted at the time of application))
※The results of the first selection will be sent to all applicants by mail on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, regardless of pass or fail.
(2) Second Selection
Selection method: Interview selection
Selection date: Wednesday, June 14, 2023 (planned)
※The venue and meeting time will be notified to those who have passed the first selection along with the results.
※The results of the second screening will be sent by mail to all candidates for the second screening, regardless of pass or fail, on Thursday, June 22, 2023.
7 At the time of employment physical checkup
Those who have passed the selection and are scheduled to be hired will receive physical checkup at the designated organization.
