We are recruiting staff for the fiscal year to work in General Affairs Bureau
1 Job description
Document collection and delivery services
(1) Reception, delivery, and sorting work of documents sent to the city hall
(2) Sending, receiving and processing of mail (Basic operations such as personal computers using Excel etc.)
(3) Assistance work on loading to document transport vehicles (we handle containers and parcels of about 10 kilograms, loading and unloading and transporting them to trolleys, etc.)
(4) Telephone response, window response (mainly for Motoichi staff)
(5) Administrative assistance related to other documents
(6) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically an auxiliary work, only during working hours)
※The work of assisting in loading into the document transport vehicle and sorted documentation work is mainly performed.
2 Application requirements
(1) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2023
(2) Basic computer operations (Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.), and being able to respond to counters and telephone calls

4 Working conditions, compensation, etc.
(1) Appointment Period
From August 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
※If the results of the ability demonstration are good, they may be reappointed up to four times in a row regardless of the public offering.
(2) Working days
From Monday to Friday (excluding holidays, New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year) and designated holidays (16 days a year))
(3) Working hours
Specify the time of a or b every month (set one hour break time during working hours). 。

(4) Workplace
Yokohama City Hall Document Central Collection Office (10-50, Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
(5) Payroll
174,400 yen per month (planned)
※The amount is subject to change due to the system revision.
Based on the city standards, term-end allowances and commuting expenses (actual expenses equivalent (limit: 55,000 yen per month)) will be paid separately.
(6) Vacation
Annual leave, summer vacation, etc.
(7) Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
Other working conditions are based on relevant regulations such as the regulations concerning salaries and reimbursement for staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.

6 Selection Method
(1) First selection
Selection method: Document selection (application form and entry sheet (submitted at the time of application))
※The results of the first screening will be sent to all applicants by mail on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, regardless of pass or fail.
(2) Second Selection
Selection method: Interview Selection
Selection date: Wednesday, June 14, 2023 (planned)
※The venue and meeting time will be notified to those who have passed the first screening along with the results.
※The results of the second screening will be sent to all candidates for the second screening by mail on Thursday, June 22, 2023, regardless of pass or fail.
7 physical checkup at the time of employment
Those who have passed the selection process and become candidates will be required to receive physical checkup at the designated institution.
