[Announcement of passing the second screening]

We will announce those who have passed the second selection of the fiscal year appointment staff recruitment selection for persons with disabilities (adopted in April 2024).

We carry out fiscal year appointment staff recruitment selection (adopted in April 2024) for people with disabilities.

1 Outline of recruitment

(1) Status
    Fiscal year appointment staff

(2) Term of employment
    April 1, 1960 to March 31, 2007
    ※If the results of the ability demonstration are good, they may be re-appointed up to four consecutive times regardless of the open call for participants.
    (Maximum up to March 31, 2029)

(3) Business description
    I am engaged in administrative assistance. (Transportation and sorting documents in the agency, data entry and check using personal computers,
    Copy label preparation, seal, enclosing and sealing work, shredder of discarded documents, document arrangement, telephone agency, etc.)
    ※In the event of a large-scale disaster, you may be required to engage in auxiliary work for disaster response. (Only during working hours)
   ※The work content differs depending on the situation at the workplace and the status of work acquisition.

(4) Application period, selection date and time
   ・Reception period: From Friday, June 9, 2023 to Friday, June 23, (postmark valid on the day)
  ・First selection: Saturday, July 22, 2023
   ・Second selection: Friday, August 25, 2023

2 How to apply

 Please mail the designated application form to the City of Yokohama, General Affairs Bureau Personnel Division within the application period. (It is not possible to accept your own.)

3 How to obtain recruitment information and application form

  We distribute offer guidance (including applications) in each ward office Public Relations Section, administrative service corner, person with a disability employment support organization in Yokohama-shi.
  This is a download of the data on this page, and you can also include required items. When downloading and printing data, please print all documents on A4 size paper, fill in all required items before submitting. Depending on the documents, double-sided printing is required.
