1. Job description

(1) Listen to the audio data of the meeting recorded with an IC recorder at a meeting, etc., and transcribate the minutes.
(2) Since technical terms in various fields of the government are also frequently used, in addition to audio data, materials created in the form of Word, Excel, PDF, etc. are also available.
Create minutes, etc. while referring to it.
(3) Minutes to be written are created in Word format in principle.
(4) You may be required to engage in auxiliary work for disaster response in the event of a large-scale disaster.
(Basically an auxiliary work, only during working hours)
2 Application requirements

4 Working conditions and compensation
(1) Appointment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026

(2) Working days
From Monday to Friday (excluding Wednesday, public holidays and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year))

From 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including one hour lunch break)
(4) Work location
Yokohama City Hall (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
(5) Salary
¥200,900 per month (planned)
※Based on Motoichi standards, end-of-term, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (actual expenses equivalent (limit: 55,000 yen per month) will be paid separately.
(6) Vacation

6 Selection Method
(1) Primary selection
A Selection Method: Document selection (selection application form and entry sheet (submitted at the time of application))

(2) Second Selection
This will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
A Selection Method: Interviews and practical tests
B. Date of selection: Designated day on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 or Wednesday, February 19 (planned) (Tuesday)
※The venue, meeting time, etc., and details of the practical skill test will be notified to those who have passed the first selection along with the results.
※We will ask you if there are any considerations for taking the second screening before conducting the second screening.
The method of responding to the considerations will be announced in the notification to successful applicants.
C. Precautions for Second Selection
(a) On the second selection day, one of the certificate of the physically handicapped, the nursing notebook (love notebook), or the health and welfare notebook for the mentally handicapped.
Please be sure to bring the original and a copy.
In addition, person with a disability certificate can be either paper style or card style.
If you are applying for the issuance of these notebooks and cannot be issued by the second selection date, make the second selection.
We will ask you before the second screening, along with whether there are any considerations for taking the exam. How to answer, etc.
We will inform you in the notice to successful applicants.
(b) Only the candidate can enter the selection venue. If you have an attendant, wait outside the venue.

(c) Photographs and recordings are not possible at the selection venue.
(d) bicycle parking lots, a parking lot exclusively for candidates, is not available.
(3) About the practical skill test of the second selection
A. Contents: Document recording data (voice) using a computer.
B. Candidates must bring their own personal computers, magnifiers, and other equipment with auxiliary devices.
In addition, regarding considerations for taking the practical test, we will separately ask those who have passed the first screening.
(4) Determination of successful applicants
Oh, successful applicants are determined based on the results of the first and second selections.

9 Stop conditions
