We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff (daily job) to work at the General Affairs Bureau Staff Health Section.

1 Job description

(1) Business related to asset savings
A. Office work pertaining to notification (document confirmation, dispatch of notifications, etc., creation and management of payment status list)
(B) Administrative work related to refunds (extraction of recipients, collection of consent forms, inquiry of salary accounts, sending notifications, etc.)
Corresponding to inquiries from Yokohama City-related departments, Yokohama City staff, and financial institutions handling property savings, communication coordination
(2) Administrative assistance for Yokohama City Welfare Services
(3) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically an auxiliary work, only during working hours)

2 Qualifications for application

(1) Being able to perform basic operations on a personal computer (input, search, simple work with Word, Excel, etc.)
(2) Those who have experience in office work
(3) Do not fall under the disqualification grounds for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law
・A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until his execution is completed or no longer receives his execution
・A person who has been disciplined and dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition
・A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment as a member of the Human Resources Committee or the Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment as stipulated in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act.
・A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it by violence on or after the date of enforcement of the Japanese Constitution.
・A person who is to be subject to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

Working hours

8: 45-17: 15 (break time from 12:00 to 13:00)

Working days

Working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
※Excludes public holidays, New Year's holidays, etc.

Payroll

8,490 yen per day (planned)

6 Selection Method

First selection [Document Selection]

Document selection based on documents to be submitted at the time of application
※All candidates for the first screening will be notified by mail by Thursday, September 28.
※Successful applicants will also be notified of the time of the second selection and venue.

Second screening [Interviewer]

Schedule: Conducted on the designated date and time of Tuesday, October 3, 2023 or Wednesday, 4th
Venue: 10 City Hall, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama
※Changes in the selection date and time will not be accepted.
※Regardless of pass / fail, the selection results will be announced by Friday, October 13th.

7 Others
