2 Recruitment requirements
(1) Qualification as a public health nurse or nurse
(2) Basic operation of a personal computer (input Excel / Word, etc., terminal operation, etc.)
3 Major Business Activities
(1) Duties related to physical checkup of city staff (by doctors who carry out for post-examination support target after medical examination
Interview assistance, confirming the situation by telephone or writing to those who are subject to post-supporting interviews, confirming the situation by telephone or writing, health guidance, etc.)
(2) Duties related to overwork of city officials (interviews by doctors to be conducted for interviewees
Subsidies, confirmation of situation by telephone or written documents to over-heavy workers, health guidance, etc.)
(3) Body health consultation window duties of city staff
(4) Statistical processing (including judgment and distribution work based on medical knowledge)
(5) Employment examination-related work (checking disease, notification dispatch work, double check, etc.)
(6) Report on the status of ward bureau initiatives related to the “Health Promotion Plan for Yokohama City Staff” and counting work
(7) Thing about occupational safety and hygiene management of other city staff.

4 Appointment Period
From January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024
•Because the Local Public Service Law is applied, it will be conditionally adopted. If the number of working days per month is less than 15 days, the conditional period will be applied.
It may be extended.
•If there are no special circumstances such as the nature of the job and the work performance is good, the employee may be re-appointed up to four times in a row, regardless of the public offering.
5 Working hours and working days
(1) Working hours
8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 1 hour break time)
(2) Working days
January 1, 1960 to March 31, 2006: Friday, 1 day a week

Days that do not require weekday work, Saturday, Sunday, national holidays December 29 to January 3
Annual leave, etc. will be granted if certain requirements are met.
