(4) Working Conditions and Compensation
   Period of appointment: From October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
    ※If the results of the ability demonstration are good, they may be re-appointed up to four consecutive times regardless of the open call for participants.
       
   Working hours, etc.: 8:45-17: 15 ※One hour specified by the manager during working hours is a break time

   Working days: Working 4 days a week, excluding holidays specified by the director.
   ※Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (December 29 to January 3).

   Work location: Yokohama City Hall
   ※We may visit each workplace in the city to support workplace retention.

   Salary: 221,500 yen per month
   ※This is the estimated amount as of June 2023. The amount of money is subject to change due to system revision.
    In addition, commuting expenses and term-end benefits are provided.

    Holidays: Annual leave, etc.

Social insurance: We have employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance.

Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City and reimbursement for expenses.
