We carry out fiscal year appointment staff recruitment selection (adopted in October 2024) for people with disabilities.

[Important] To all applicants who have applied for the selection (About the first screening admission ticket)

(1) Those who have applied via the Internet (Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System)
   If you apply via the Internet, your admission ticket will be issued on the "My Page" of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
  However, due to an error in our system settings, it is not possible to obtain an admission ticket from My Page.
   Therefore, we will send you an examination card to the Address that you applied for at the time of application, so please bring your mailed admission ticket on the day of the first screening.

(2) Term of employment
    October 1, 1960 to March 31, 2007
    ※If the results of the ability demonstration are good, they may be re-appointed up to four consecutive times regardless of the open call for participants.
    (Maximum up to March 31, 2029)

(3) Business description
    I am engaged in administrative assistance. (Input and check data using a personal computer, transport and sort of documents in the agency, and
    Copy label preparation, seal, enclosing and sealing work, shredder of discarded documents, document arrangement, telephone agency, etc.)
    ※In the event of a large-scale disaster, you may be required to engage in auxiliary work for disaster response. (Only during working hours)
   ※The work content differs depending on the situation at the workplace and the status of work acquisition.

2 Reception method and acceptance period

(1) Internet (smartphones are also acceptable)
   From 10:00 am on Friday, March 22, 2024 to 10:00 am on Friday, April 12.
  (Valid until those that have reached the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System by 10:00 am on Friday, April 12.)

(2) Postal mail
   Reiwa from Friday, March 22, 6 to Wednesday, April 10 (postmark valid)
   ※ Please mail the prescribed application form to the City of Yokohama, General Affairs Bureau Personnel Division within the application period. (It is not possible to accept your own.)
   ※ Please apply via the Internet as much as possible (smartphones are also acceptable).
     If you are unable to apply for the Internet, please apply by mail.
   ※ Please note that the application period is short for mail applications.

3 How to obtain recruitment information and application form

  We distribute offer guidance in each ward office Public Relations Section, administrative service corner, person with a disability employment support organization in Yokohama-shi.
  In the case of mail application, you can download the data on this page, write and submit required items. When downloading and printing the data, print on A4 size paper (on both sides of the application form), fill in all required items before submitting.
