[General Affairs Bureau] We recruit staff for the fiscal year (daily job, government building management and auxiliary duties of accounting) (adopted on November 5, 2024)
1 Main Business Activities
(1) Assistance such as application processing pertaining to city hall management
(Reservation of meeting room, admission certificate, handling of parking lots, assistance for internal applications such as courtesy calls, assistance for administrative inspections and tours, etc.)
(2) Administrative assistance related to accounting
(3) Administrative assistance related to the management of vehicles (common vehicles, dedicated vehicles, public vehicles)
(4) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
2 Eligibility
(1) Basic PC operations (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
(2) Those that can respond to telephone calls, basic citizens and businesses
(3) Those that can operate the staff authentication system of Motoichi

4 Working conditions and compensation
(1) Appointment period
From November 5, 2024 to March 31, 2025
(2) Working days
Working 5 days a week (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays)
(3) Working hours
From 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
(4) Work location
City of Yokohama, General Affairs Bureau Administration Division (7th floor of 10 City Hall, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City)
(5) Salary
9,150 yen per day (planned)
Based on Motoichi standards, we will separately provide end-of-term, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses).
(6) Social insurance
Joined the employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association
(7) Vacation
Based on the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of Yokohama-shi fiscal year staff.

6 Selection Method
(1) Primary selection
Document selection (application form and written text (submitted at the time of application))
※The results of the selection will be notified by mail to all applicants regardless of pass / fail.
※Those who have passed the primary selection will be notified of the schedule of the secondary selection by telephone separately.
The notification will be sent out on September 11, 2024 (Wednesday).
(2) Second Selection
This will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
Method of selection: Selection by face-to-face
Date of contact: September 17, 2024 (Tuesday) – September 20, 2024 (Friday), Reiwa 6 (planned)
Venue: Yokohama City Hall Conference Room
※Details of the date and time and location will be announced along with the results of the first screening.
(3) Notification of results
The final result will be notified to everyone in a written form, and the job offerer will be notified by telephone.
※Notifications will be sent to (Fri) on September 27, 2024.
