2 Recruitment requirements
Be able to input Word Excel, etc., and operate the terminal.
3 Major Business Activities
(1) Shipment, receipt, and arrangement of notifications
(2) Input of medical records, etc.
(3) Other office work related to hygiene management of Yokohama City staff
※There is a basic computer operation. (Word Excel, etc.)
4 Appointment Period
April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2006
•Because the Local Public Service Law is applied, it will be conditionally adopted. If the number of working days per month is less than 15 days, the conditional period will be applied.
It may be extended.
•If there are no special circumstances such as the nature of the job and the work performance is good, the employee may be re-appointed up to four times in a row, regardless of the public offering.
5 Working hours and working days
(1) Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Including 1 hour break)
(2) Working days: Worked three days a week in April.
Working 2 days a week from May to March.
※The day of the week is fixed. Please consult with us about the day of the week.
6 Holidays, etc.
Days that do not require regular work, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays December 29 to January 3
Annual leave, etc. will be granted if certain requirements are met.
