We are recruiting staff [daily job] for the fiscal year to work in General Affairs Bureau (subsidy for hygiene management).

Being able to enter words and Excel, operate terminals, etc.
3 Major Business Activities
(1) Shipment, receipt and arrangement of notices, etc.
(2) Input of medical records, etc.
(3) Other office work related to hygiene management of Yokohama City staff
※There is a basic computer operation. (Word Excel, etc.)
4. Appointment Period
From April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016
•If the number of working days per month does not meet 15 days after the use of the Local Public Service Act, the conditional recruitment period will be applied.
It may be extended.
•If there are no special circumstances such as the nature of the job and the work performance is good, you may be re-employed up to four times in a row, regardless of open call for participants.
5 Working hours and working days
(1) Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (including 1 hour break time)
(2) Working days: In April, work three days a week
From May to March, work two days a week
※The day of the week is fixed. Please consult us about the day of the week.
6 Holidays, etc.
Days that do not require work on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays from December 29 to January 3
If certain requirements are met, annual leave will be granted.
7 Work location
Yokohama City Hall General Affairs Bureau Human Resources Department Health Section
26th floor of 10 City Hall at 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City
8 Compensation, etc.
(1) 1,132 yen per hour (planned)
(2) Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately. If certain requirements are met, the term-end allowance will be paid
(3) Participation in employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance if certain social insurance requirements are met.

Schedule: Scheduled for Wednesday, March 1, 2023, Thursday, 2nd or Friday, 3rd
Venue: City Hall meeting room
