1 Qualifications

3 Working Conditions

(1) Appointment Period
From April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
If work performance is good, you may be re-appointed (up to 4 times).
(2) Working days
From Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year))
※ Dates when no work is required: Sunday, Saturday
(3) Working hours
From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with lunch break)
(4) Workplace

Monthly remuneration: 179,900 yen
※This is the actual results for FY2022. The amount of money is subject to change due to system revision.

Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses, maximum monthly maximum of 55,000 yen)
In addition, based on Motoichi standard, we pay term-end allowance equivalent amount.
(7) Social insurance

Working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary of staff appointed for Yokohama-shi fiscal year and expense compensation.

4 Major Business Activities

(1) Travel expenses payment affairs (confirmation of transportation routes, payment procedures, etc.)
(2) Accounting and accounting procedures and communication coordination (telephone, e-mail, etc.) between the relevant departments
(3) The skills development and mutual sharing of work skills necessary for business execution
※ There is input work using Motoichi's original office work system.
(4) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically an auxiliary work, only during working hours)

6 Selection Method

(1) First selection
We will select documents based on the submitted fiscal year appointment staff application form and assignment sheet.
※ The results of the first screening will be sent by mail around February 27, 2023 (Monday).
(2) Second Selection
The program will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening process.
A. Selection method: Selection by interview
B. Selection date: March 2, 2023 (Thursday)
※ The venue and meeting time will be notified to those who have passed the first screening along with the results.
※ The results of the second screening are scheduled to be sent by mail on March 13, 2023.

7 physical checkup

Those who have passed the selection process will be subject to physical checkup at the designated institution.
