1 Eligibility

(1) Those who have graduated from junior high school or higher as of April 1, 2023
(2) Person who can perform basic operation of PC (simple operation of PC such as Microsoft Word, Excel)
(3) Those who can respond to telephone calls

3 Working conditions

(1) Appointment period
From April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
If your work performance is good, you may be re-appointed (up to 4 times).
(2) Working days
From Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year))
※ Days not required to work: Sunday and Saturday
(3) Working hours
From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with lunch break)
(4) Work location

(5) Compensation
Monthly remuneration 179,900 yen
※This is the result of FY2022. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
(6) Benefits, etc.
Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses, up to 55,000 yen per month)
In addition, based on Motoichi standard, we pay term-end allowance equivalent amount.
(7) Social insurance
Joined mutual aid association, Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) and employment insurance
(8)Others
Working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

4 Major Business Activities

(1) Travel expenses payment (confirmation of traffic routes, payment procedures, etc.)
(2) Accounting and accounting procedures and coordination (telephone, e-mail, etc.) between related departments related to the above affairs
(3) Development of skills necessary for business execution and mutual sharing of business skills
※ There is input work using Motoichi original office work system.
(4) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

6 Selection Method

(1) Primary selection
We will select documents using the submitted fiscal year appointment staff application form and assignment sheet.

7 physical checkup
