Fiscal 2025 General Affairs Bureau Labor Division Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Labor Division Administrative Services) Application Guidelines

The General Affairs Bureau Labor Division is recruiting staff for the fiscal year to carry out social insurance-related services.

1 Eligibility

Applicable to those who meet all of the following conditions (1) to (4).
(1) Those who have at least three years of practical experience in social insurance-related affairs (such as various reports on employee health insurance, Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin), and employment insurance) as business owners
(2) Person who can perform basic operation of PC (input Excel word access, terminal operation, etc.)
(3) Those who can respond to telephone calls
(4) Do not fall under the disqualification provisions of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act

2 Number of applicants

3 Working conditions

(1) Appointment period
  From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
  If your work performance is good, you may be re-appointed (up to 4 times).
(2) Working days
  From Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year))
  ※ Days not required to work: Sunday and Saturday
(3) Working hours
  From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
(4) Work location
  City of Yokohama, General Affairs Bureau Labor Division (part-time)

(5) Compensation
  Monthly remuneration 193,900 yen
  ※This is the result of FY2024. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
(6) Benefits, etc.
  Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses, up to 55,000 yen per month)
  In addition, based on Motoichi standard, we provide end-of-term, diligence allowance.
(7) Vacation
  Granted based on the rules on working hours and vacations of Yokohama City Fiscal Year Appointment Staff.
(8) Social insurance
  Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
(9) Others
  Working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

4 Major Business Activities

(1) Social insurance for part-time employees (employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance, employment insurance)
(2) Office work related to the payment of compensation for part-time staff
(3) Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
(4) Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
※ There is input work using Motoichi original office work system.

6 Selection Method

(1) Primary selection
  We will select documents using the submitted fiscal year appointment staff application form and assignment sheet.
  ※ The results of the first selection will be sent by mail around Thursday, February 13, 2025. (If you have passed the first screening, we will contact you separately by telephone.)
(2) Second Selection
  This will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
  A Selection Method: Selection by interview
  B. Date of selection: Scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2025
  ※ The venue and meeting time will be notified to those who have passed the first selection along with the results.
  ※ The results of the second selection will be sent by mail around Thursday, February 27, 2025. (Successful applicants will be contacted by telephone separately.)

7 physical checkup

Those who have passed the selection process and are selected will receive the physical checkup at the designated organization.
