Recruitment of fiscal year appointment staff (monthly job / article purchase business) (adopted on April 1, 2025)

1 Main Business Activities

  Purchase of goods 
 (1) Purchase of goods
   (Estimate collection from business operators, preparation of documents related to contract conclusion, receipt of goods, delivery assistance, etc.
    Payment procedures, ledger management, etc.
 (2) Accounting and accounting procedures and coordination (telephone, e-mail, etc.) between related departments related to the above affairs
 (3) Management of the magnet corner (place for common goods, etc.) (stock management, replenishment work, etc.)
   Coordination among relevant departments, etc.)
 (4) Development of skills necessary for business execution and mutual sharing of business skills
 (5) Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
 (6) Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
   ※There is input work using Motoichi original office work system.

2 Eligibility

 (1) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2025
 (2) Person who can perform basic operation of PC (operation of PC such as Microsoft Word, Excel)
 (3) Those who can respond to telephone calls

4 Working conditions and compensation

 (1) Appointment period
   From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
    ※ When a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and proof of competence
      If the result is good, you may be reappointed regardless of the open call for participants. (up to 4 times)
 (2) Working days
   Working 5 days a week (excluding Saturday, Sunday, New Year's holidays and national holidays)
 (3) Working hours
   From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (including 1 hour lunch break)
 (4) Work location
   City of Yokohama, General Affairs Bureau Service Consolidation Section (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
 (5) Compensation
   Monthly remuneration 193,900 yen
   ※ This is the estimated amount as of December 2024.
     The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
 (6) End-of-term diligence allowance and commuting expenses
   Based on regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year
   Will be paid.
 (7) Social insurance
   Join employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association).
 (8) Vacation
   Based on rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the Yokohama City Fiscal Year.

6 Selection Method

 (1) Primary selection
   Documents will be selected based on the submitted selection application form and assignment sheet.
   ※ The results of the primary selection will be sent by mail by December 25, 2024.
 (2) Secondary selection
   The program will be conducted for those who have passed the primary screening.
   A Selection Method: Selection by interview
   B. Date of selection: From Friday, January 10, Reiwa 7 to Friday, January 17 (planned)
   ※ The venue and meeting time will be notified to those who have passed the primary selection along with the results.
   ※ The results of the second screening will be sent by mail after late January 2025.

7 physical checkup

 At the time of hiring, you may be asked to consult physical checkup at a designated institution.
 (The target person will be notified separately.)

8 Stop conditions

 This case is a condition that the budget for 2025 will be decided by the Yokohama City Council.
 If the budget is not voted on, it will not be approved as a matter.
