We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff to work at General Affairs Bureau (Yokohama City History Archives)
1. Job description
(1) Office work related to historical official document judgment (creation of work lists using Excel, operation of document management system, read administrative documents, grasp the contents, judge the importance, etc.)
(2) Office work related to the transfer of historical official documents (creation of transfer lists using Excel, transfer work using document management systems and e-mail, etc.)
(3) Office work related to the organization, preservation, and management of historical official documents (management and label printing of document storage boxes using Excel, etc., boxing work and cleaning of materials in external warehouses, etc.)
(4) Reception of telephone calls, e-mails, etc. inside and outside the city hall.
(5) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
(6) In addition, those deemed necessary by the Director of General Affairs Bureau
2 Application requirements
(1) Basic operation of PC (Excel, Word, e-mail, etc. input, terminal operation, etc.)
(2) What you can respond to telephone calls
(3) Have experience in administrative affairs, such as working as an administrative staff at a local government, etc.

4 Working conditions and compensation
(1) Appointment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering (up to 4 times).
(2) Working hours, etc.
From 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (including one hour break)
(3) Working days
4 days a week (excluding Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year) and national holidays)
(4) Work location
Yokohama City History Archives (1F, Municipal Central Library B1F, Omatsucho, Nishi-ku, Yokohama)
(5) Salary
¥193,900 per month Term-end allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately.
※Based on regulations such as the regulations about salary of the staff of Yokohama-shi fiscal year appointment and expense compensation.
The amount is the estimated amount at the time of application. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.

Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
※Based on the rules regarding working hours and vacations of Yokohama City Fiscal Year Appointment Staff.
(7) Social insurance
Joined employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employee health insurance (Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association)
※Other working conditions are based on regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

6 Selection Schedule
(1) Primary selection
Selection of documents by application documents
(Late January 2025)
※The results of the first selection will be sent to all applicants by mail from early to mid-February of Reiwa 7, regardless of pass or fail.
(2) Second Selection
Interview selection
(Mid-to-late February 2007)
※The interview venue and meeting time will be announced separately.
※The final results will be sent by mail to all candidates for the second screening in early March 2025.
7 At the time of employment physical checkup
At the time of hiring, you may be asked to consult physical checkup at a designated institution (the subject will be notified separately).
8 Others
(1) The personal information collected by the city at the time of this selection will not be used for any purpose other than office work related to recruitment selection and recruitment. However, the personal information of the recruiter will be used as personnel information.
(2) Transportation expenses to the interview venue will be borne by you.
(3) If the 2025 budget is not voted on in City Counsil, it may not be accepted even if it passes the selection process.
