We are recruiting staff for the fiscal year (daily job / goods purchase business) (adopted on April 1, 2024)

1 Main Business Activities

    Purchase of goods
    (1) Product purchase and expenditure-related business
      (Estimation collection from business operators, preparation of documents related to contract conclusion, receipt of goods, delivery assistance, payment procedure, ledger management, etc.)
    (2) Accounting and accounting procedures and coordination (telephone, e-mail, etc.) between related departments related to the above affairs
    (3) Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
    (4) Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

    ※ There is input work using Motoichi original office work system.

2 Eligibility

    (1) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2024
    (2) Person who can perform basic operation of PC (simple operation of PC such as Microsoft Word, Excel)
    (3) Those who can respond to telephone calls

3 Number of applicants

    Product purchase business 1 person

4 Working conditions and compensation

    (1) Appointment period
      From April 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024
    (2) Working days
      Working 5 days a week (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays)
    (3) Working hours
      From 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
    (4) Work location
      City of Yokohama, General Affairs Bureau General Affairs Division (11th floor of 10 City Hall, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
    (5) Salary
      9,150 yen per day (1,220 yen per hour) and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately.
      ※ This is the estimated amount as of February 2024. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
    (6) Social insurance
      I'm going to join employment insurance.
    (7) Vacation
      Based on rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the Yokohama City Fiscal Year.
 
      Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

6 Selection Method

    (1) Selection method: Selection by interview
    (2) Selection date: Scheduled for Friday, March 8, 2024
    ※ The venue and meeting time will be sent by mail by Monday, March 4, 2024.
     ※ The results of the selection will be sent by mail by Friday, March 15, 2024.

7 Stop conditions

    This case is a condition that the budget for 2024 will be decided by the Yokohama City Council.
    If the budget is not voted on, it will not be approved as a matter.
