We are recruiting staff for fiscal year (daily job / article purchase business) (adopted on April 1, 2024)

1 Major Business Activities

    Goods purchase business
    (1) Purchase and expenditure related services
      (Estimation collection from business operators, preparation of documents related to contract conclusion, goods receipt, delivery assistance, payment procedures, ledger management, etc.)
    (2) Accounting and accounting procedures and communication coordination (telephone, e-mail, etc.) between the relevant departments
    (3) Other duties deemed necessary by the director in charge
    (4) Disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically assisted work, only during working hours)

    ※ There is input work using Motoichi's original office work system.

2 Qualifications for application

    (1) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2024
    (2) Those who can perform basic computer operation (simple operation of personal computers such as Microsoft Word and Excel)
    (3) Those who can respond to telephone calls

3 Number of applicants

4 Working Conditions and Compensation

    (1) Appointment Period
      From April 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024
    (2) Working days
      Working 5 days a week (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays)
    (3) Working hours
      From 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (including 1 hour of lunch break)
    (4) Workplace
      City of Yokohama, General Affairs Bureau Goods Administration Consolidation Section (10 City Hall 11F, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City)
    (5) Payroll
      9,150 yen per day (1,20 yen per hour) and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately.
      ※ The estimated amount as of February 2024. The amount of money is subject to change due to system revision.
    (6) Social insurance
      I'm going to join employment insurance.
    (7) Vacation
      Based on the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of the Yokohama fiscal year appointment staff.
 
      Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City and reimbursement for expenses.

6 Selection Method

    (1) Selection method: Selection by interview
    (2) Selection date: Scheduled for Friday, March 8, 2024
    ※ Venues and meeting time will be sent by mail by Monday, March 4, 2024.
     ※ The results of the selection will be sent by mail by Friday, March 15, 2024.

7 Suspension conditions

    This is a matter subject to suspension that the 2024 budget will be voted by the Yokohama City Council.
    If the budget is not voted on, it will not be established as a matter.
