We are recruiting staff for the fiscal year (auxiliary duties such as vehicle management) (adopted on June 20, 2024)
1 Main Business Activities
(1) Administrative assistance related to the management of public vehicles (less than 40 managed by the Management Division)
A. Office work related to reservation management: Registration processing of desk nets such as opening reservations, reservation confirmation
(A) Office work related to vehicle management: Parking lots, scratches, etc. daily inspection assistance, inspection, adjustment and management of vehicle inspection schedules
C. Reservation system-related affairs: Weekly and monthly usage / performance input (daily report, matching of gate entry / exit data),
Basic data input of driver registration system (to be introduced)
D. Reception / Inquiry assistance: Response to inquiries from the jurisdiction, such as daily report collection from the reception area, equipment management, etc.
(E) Expenditure affairs, etc.: Insurance, repair, inspection costs, etc., drafting of contracts and expenditures, application affairs for various permits and licenses such as traffic permission marks
(2) Application processing assistance pertaining to city hall management
Oh, office work assistance for internal applications such as admission certificate, parking lot handling, courtesy call car rush, meeting room reservation, etc.

2 Eligibility
(1) Basic operation of personal computer, telephone reception, basic citizen and company correspondence
(2) Those who have a vehicles license
(3) Those that can operate the staff authentication system of Motoichi
(4) Those with basic knowledge and experience in vehicle management

4 Working conditions and compensation
(1) Appointment period
From June 20, 2024 to March 31, 2025
(2) Working days
Working 5 days a week (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays)
(3) Working hours
From 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
(4) Work location
City of Yokohama, General Affairs Bureau Administration Division (7th floor of 10 City Hall, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City)
(5) Salary
9,150 yen per day (planned)
Based on Motoichi standards, we will separately provide end-of-term, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses).
(6) Social insurance
Joined the employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association
(7) Vacation
Based on the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of Yokohama-shi fiscal year staff.

6 Selection Method
(1) Primary selection
Document selection (application form and written text (submitted at the time of application))
※The results of the selection will be notified by mail to all applicants regardless of pass / fail.
Notifications will be sent out on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
(2) Second Selection
This will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
Method of selection: Selection by face-to-face

Venue: Yokohama City Hall Conference Room
※Detailed time and location will be announced along with the results of the first screening.
(3) Notification of results
The final result will be notified to everyone in a written form, and the job offerer will be notified by telephone.

7 At the time of employment physical checkup
