I went to the hospital without a National Health Insurance card. Can I get a refund?

If the National Health Insurance reviews and finds it unavoidable that insurance could not be used, 70% of the insurance coverage (80% before elementary school, 80% or 70% for those over 70 years old) Will be refunded.
Those who are eligible
・Those under 74 years old who have taken out Yokohama City National Health Insurance
Belongings
・Health insurance card
・Deposit passbook or transfer destination can be confirmed
・Receipt
・Medical fee statement
※private seal (the name of the householder who uses vermilion) is required to transfer to an account other than the head of household.
