We are looking for companies to participate in the "YOXO Management Program" for startups aiming for IPO and M&A.

　
　Under the banner of "Yokohama City of Innovation", Yokohama City supports the growth of entrepreneurs and startups who are challenging to solve social issues toward with/after coronavirus, centered on the "YOXO BOX" set up in Kannai.
　As a new initiative of the YOXO BOX, we will implement the YOXO Management Program, a course-style course for startups aiming for IPOs and M&As, to learn about corporate governance and management.
　When a startup is aiming for an IPO or an M&A, it is necessary not only to build an excellent business model, but also to establish "corporate governance" and "management management" that includes capital policies and intellectual property strategies, etc.
　This program welcomes startup managers who have actually experienced IPOs and M&As, as well as their respective experts to help them build their exit strategies.
