~ Program for startups aiming for IPO/M&A ~ We are looking for companies participating in the YOXO Management Program.

　
　Under the banner of "Innovation City Yokohama", Yokohama City supports the growth of entrepreneurs and startups who are challenging to solve social issues toward with/after COVID-19, with "YOXO BOX" installed in Kannai as its core.
　As a new initiative of the YOXO BOX, we will implement the YOXO Management Program, a course-style program for startups aiming for IPOs and M&A to learn about corporate governance and management management.
　When startups are aiming for IPOs and M&A, they must not only build excellent business models, but also understand the characteristics of IPOs and M&A, and then build "corporate governance" and "management management" including capital policies and intellectual property strategies.
　In this program, we welcome startup managers who have actually experienced IPOs and M&A, as well as their respective experts to help them build their exit strategies.
