Start-up support companies connecting Japan, Germany and Europe have entered Yokohama-CROSSBIE established a Japanese subsidiary in the city and started business development.

　CROSSBIE (Crossby) UG, headquartered in Berlin, Germany, has entered Japan and established a Japanese subsidiary CROSSBIE (Japan) in Yokohama.
　CROSSBIE is engaged in activities to support open innovation in both Japan and Europe and the global business of startups. In June of this year, in collaboration with the German innovation community The Drivery (Dry Brie), the company held an event to enter the Japanese market.
　Yokohama City is also cooperating with The Drivery and CROSSBIE's support program for Japanese-European startups, with the aim of creating startups that are active in the world, selected by the government as a “global hub city”. When CROSSBIE entered Yokohama, Economic Affairs Bureau and Frankfurt offices provided information and public relations support.
