We have begun demonstrations for optimal air conditioning control at apartment in Yokohama.

Yokohama City, in cooperation with Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation, provided apartment as a demonstration field, solicited proposals for demonstration experiments on new IoT products and services for the creation of comfortable homes between July and August 2020. Demonstration experiments are being carried out sequentially, and as the eighth project this time, we have started a demonstration experiment aimed at optimal air conditioner control using IoT taps.
Through this initiative, we will further promote the “Innovation City, Yokohama” and utilize the results obtained in efforts to revitalize the suburban residential area of housing complex.
