In apartment, Yokohama, we started demonstrations for optimal air conditioning control.

As part of the I-TOP Yokohama Lab initiative, Yokohama City, in cooperation with Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation, provided apartment as a demonstration field, solicited proposals from July to August 2020 regarding demonstration tests of new IoT products and services for responding to COVID-19 infections and creating comfortable homes. Demonstration experiments are being carried out sequentially for the proposed proposals, and as the eighth case this time, we started demonstration experiments aimed at optimal air conditioning control using IoT taps.
Through this initiative, we will further promote the “Innovation City Yokohama” and utilize the results obtained in our efforts to revitalize suburban residential areas and housing complex.
