[About the employment situation during the COVID-19 pandemic]
・The majority of full-time employees leaving their jobs due to the spread of COVID-19 were "not leaving their jobs", but compared to the survey one year ago (previous survey), in the manufacturing industry, "there were jobs due to employee reasons" increased by about 10%.
・As for the future employment staff, both regular and part-time workers in all industries will "maintain for the time being", but "increase" has increased compared to the previous survey.
・Approximately 20% of employees' side jobs and part-time jobs are "accepted" in all industries. By scale, the smaller the scale, the higher the percentage of recognition.
・About 10% of the use of external human resources through side jobs and part-time jobs combined with "I have used it" and "I am considering using it."
