The Company decided to relocate its headquarters to a new research and development facility in Tsuzuki Ward  .

　Bosch Group is the world's leading automotive equipment supplier, headquartered in Germany, with approximately 401,000 employees (end of 2021) and is a leading global provider of innovative technologies and services.
　Bosch Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) is currently working on the “New Research and Development Facility” and “Tsuzuki Kumin Cultural Center (tentative name)” with the aim of completing it in September 2024 as a business proposal-type land utilization project in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama City. In line with the completion of the facility, we have decided to relocate the head office function located in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo to a new research and development facility.
　In August 2019, Yokohama City decided to provide support under the Ordinance for Promoting Business Locations (hereinafter referred to as the “Ordinance”) for the development of new research and development facilities. In the future, we aim to create a sustainable bustle in Yokohama and Tsuzuki Ward   through an unprecedented collaboration project with a large-scale foreign-affiliated company.
