In-house business conditions BSI rose 2.4 points from the previous fiscal year to minus 26.0 in all industries.
As for the outlook, although it is likely to remain almost flat in the next fiscal year, it is expected to rise and continue to recover.
The restaurant and accommodation business BSI improved for the first time in four years, but the situation is expected to remain severe in the next fiscal year and beyond.
