On Monday, April 4, 2022 Reception hours and Phone number will be relocated from the 7th floor of Yokohama Media and Communications Center to the 31st floor of the Yokohama City Hall.
Even after the relocation, we will continue to accept online certification applications that can be applied anytime and anywhere. From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of COVID-19, please use the online procedure.
