In consideration of the situation of COVID-19 infection, we have decided to postpone the implementation of this demonstration experiment in consultation with related organizations.

Yokohama City, Sotetsu Bus Co., Ltd., Gunma University, and Nippon Mobility Co., Ltd. aim to realize sustainable mobility services using autonomous driving technology as part of "ITOP Yokohama" to promote the creation of new businesses through IoT, etc.
As part of this project, from Monday, September 20 (holiday) to Friday, September 24, 2021, we will increase the number of regular bus routes on some sections of the route bus connecting Futamatagawa Station to Sakonyama housing complex, one of the housing complex targeted for the large-scale housing complex Regeneration Model Construction Project in Yokohama City.
In the future, we will continue to conduct step-by-step demonstration experiments to improve social acceptance of autonomous driving, and pursue high safety and stable operability to realize a safer autonomous driving society.
