Yokohama City is promoting open innovation in the entire city, taking advantage of being selected as a Global Base City, and is actively engaged in demonstration experiments to create new businesses.
As part of this effort, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., in cooperation with NTT DoCoMo, Inc., will start a demonstration test of an autonomous driving service using an on-demand dispatch service in Kannai-District, Minato Mirai 21 District, on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
In line with this, we will recruit about 200 general monitor participants from today.
I.TOP Yokohama will support demonstration experiments on cutting-edge technologies with the aim of realizing sustainable mobility services and solving future regional transportation issues.
