Yokohama Market Refrigeration Co., Ltd., as a related business operator within the Yokohama Central Wholesale Market, has a public interest mission to support the stable supply of fresh foods maintained and quality control, and Yokohama City has a capital of 50 million yen ) Is an affiliated organization that has a stake of 49.9%.
The organization was positioned as a "group where private-sector operation is desirable" by the Management Reform Committee of Yokohama City Outer Organizations in 2010. Based on this, in order to reduce the Yokohama City investment ratio to less than 25%, we will sell some of the shares of the relevant organizations owned by Yokohama City.
