The report of the 2020 Emergency Shopping Street-related Survey Project has been compiled.

In Yokohama City, we regularly conduct surveys to understand the actual situation of shopping streets in the city, the purchasing behavior of citizens, and awareness of shopping streets in order to use them as basic data for shopping street promotion measures.
In fiscal 2020, as one of the urgent employment creation projects, we conducted a “Management Survey” and “Visitor Survey” for the first time in about 10 years since 2009, taking into account the situation of COVID-19, and conducted four surveys in an integrated manner, including the “Shopping Street Survey” and “Consumer Purchasing Behavior Awareness Survey” conducted for the first time in two years.
