[Canceled] "Business Succession M&A Seminar" will be held!

[In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, this seminar will be canceled. Thank you very much for your understanding.

　With the aging of small and medium-sized business owners and the absence of successors, there is concern that small and medium-sized companies with valuable management resources such as technology and employment will go out of business, and business succession is an urgent issue.
　Yokohama City offers Bizreach Succeed, an M&A platform, as one of the options for business succession to companies that do not have successors.
　This time, we will hold a "Business Succession M&A Seminar" focusing on M&A succeeding third-party succession, including "unexpected corporate value seen from other companies" and "successful examples of M&A".
　These initiatives are based on the "Agreement on Business Succession M&A" concluded on March 20, 2019 with the Japan Foundation Corporation Yokohama Corporate Management Support Foundation (IDEC Yokohama) and Visionary Incubation Co., Ltd. (*). This seminar will be held in cooperation with the financial institutions and nine supporting organizations. We look forward to your participation.
