This is the first time in Japan! We have concluded a memorandum of understanding on cooperation and cooperation with the global community-based workspace "WeWork" to realize the "Innovation City, Yokohama".

　On August 14, 2019, Yokohama City signed a memorandum of understanding with WeWork Japan LLC, which operates a global community-based workspace in Japan. Going forward, we will continue to cooperate and collaborate to support startups, support for small and medium-sized enterprises, and attract companies to Yokohama.
　Last November, WeWork Ocean Gate Minatomirai, the largest number of seats in Japan, was opened in Yokohama. In the same month, the Americas Office in Yokohama was opened in New York City, where WeWork (funded company of WeWork Japan LLC) is headquartered.
　Against this backdrop, the two parties will work together to promote business collaboration utilizing mutual networks.
